The Artisan A 520-C Ton Clicker “20” Ton Hydraulic Clicker Die Cutting machines are designed and used for cutting out small parts of Leather, Vinyl, Rubber, Paper, Plastic, Wood Paneling, Canvas, Light Metals, and many additional materials.
Custom-made steel rule “Dies” like cookie cutters are placed on top of the hide or material, and then the swinging cutter arm head is rotated over the die. Depress the two safety hand-operated switches simultaneously and the cutter arm head “punches” the die down through the leather, cutting out a perfect pattern piece every time.
The lower cutting bed of the A-520-C Clicker is 35” x 17” (900mm x 430mm). The swingarm is designed to pivot over the cutting bed and is 14-1/2” wide by 17” deep (370mm by 430mm).
Artisan A 520-C Clickers are available in 220 volts, Single Phase power. An optionally available frequency controller that converts single-phase electricity to a more stable three-phase power is available. A 1.1 horsepower electric motor operates a powerful hydraulic pump which in turn develops 20 tons of pressure over the swinging cutting arm head. Some features of the machines are; safety starting switches, adjustable stroke length, and an adjustable time delay setting for the cutting head plunge. The machine is normally shipped with the necessary hydraulic oil. Custom-made Dies are ordered separately and are not included.
The shipping weight of the crated machine is 1408 lbs. and the crate is 36″ x 38 x 60″ tall.
